Refund Policy

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded more than two module worksheet packs or attended a live office hour.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for partial consideration when limited materials were accessed.

Full or partial refunds

If you accessed substantial course materials or attended live sessions, we may offer a partial refund reflecting unused seats (for Dual Desk or Vault Archive) minus a materials fee disclosed at enrollment.

Non-refundable items

• Completed private facilitation hours already delivered
• Custom annotated libraries prepared for your team after kickoff
• Third-party fees charged by payment processors when non-refundable by that processor

Refund process

Email support@datastack-hub.digital with your enrollment reference, purchase date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval, subject to your bank or processor.

Cancellation

You may cancel future office-hour seats by written notice 48 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are not refundable.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law are not limited by this policy. If a course is cancelled by Datastack Hub, you receive a full refund or a transfer to a later cohort at your choice.
